    Tranquility Air-Plus Extra Strength Disposable Underpad, Heavy absorbency is made of clothlike materials that feel soft and are suitable for sensitive skin. PowerSorb technology makes it comfortable and gives it high absorbency. Quick-wicking absorbent layer protects the mattress or any other surface from liquids, which reduces the need for laundry by eliminating leakage. Air-Plus Underpads are breathable and are designed to work efficiently with low air loss bed systems. A very absorbent core gives these pads their heavy absorbency. Constructed with an extra-strong, clothlike fabric which provides durability, and the necessary structure to carry up to 34 ounces of liquid. Microporous backsheet allows air, moisture vapor, and heat to escape, thereby maintaining optimal skin integrity and airflow circulation. Soft, smooth, and even surface reduces the number of pressure points and the risk of friction or irritation. Available in 30” x 36” dimensions.
